Since Hamas attacked Israel on October 7, 2023, more than 1,600 Israelis have been killed, with thousands more injured and hundreds abducted into Gaza and held hostage. This brutal war on Israel is unlike anything we have known before in terms of devastation and the sheer number of victims—and now more than ever, Israel needs your assistance.
The Jewish Agency’s Fund for Victims of Terror has been providing critical immediate financial assistance to victims and their families in the aftermath of October 7 as well as long-term rehabilitative support. We have also launched a number of other initiatives to help Jewish communities near Gaza that were impacted by the initial attacks, as well as communities in the north and the south hit by subsequent rockets from Hamas and Hezbollah, to recover and rebuild; support thousands of evacuees; and assist small businesses in staying afloat, especially those run by citizens now serving in the IDF’s reserves.
Our efforts rely on the generosity of The Jewish Federations of North America / United Israel Appeal, Keren Hayesod, foundations and donors worldwide, and people like you.
